We recently looked at the relative "influence" (actually, "e-visibility") of various AIDS professionals. Three had more than 5000 citations in Google: Peter Piot, Paul Farmer and Richard Feachem. Are there other AIDS professionals of comparably high profile? We received e-mail comments and have done a number of follow-on searches and have found three (using the search format ["firstname lastname" aids]):

• Stephen Lewis / 14,400
• Anthony Fauci / 10,300
• Randall Tobias / 5,680

Again, the main point of this exercise is to get a sense of who is articulating the global AIDS agenda. These are three more voices that clearly have influence. Feel free to comment below on others names that might be included.
